This morning I had a dream.
In the dream, I had one simple task: bring something for a friend’s birthday celebration.
Instead, I used half of it before I arrived.
Dreams speak in symbols. They exaggerate to reveal what waking life often hides.
I woke with a clear message:
When We Are Out of Balance, We Consume What Was Meant to Be Shared
Not only food or pleasure.
We consume:
- energy meant for our calling
- attention meant for those we love
- creativity meant for the world
- news
- presence meant for relationship
- trust meant for something larger than ourselves
When our inner axis is off center, we compensate.
We overgive in one area and withhold in another.
We forget people while chasing tasks.
We self-soothe instead of self-align.
We try to control outcomes rather than trust deeper guidance.
What I Have Seen in My Own Life
I have seen this pattern in my own life.
Every time I am aligned with source, life moves with a cleaner current.
Every time I grasp too tightly, things begin to wobble.
This is not failure.
It is feedback.
The Answer Is Not Shame
The answer is not criticism or guilt.
The answer is restoring inner structure.
Learning how to feel supported, protected, and steady from within.
When that happens, generosity returns naturally.
Attention sharpens.
Boundaries become clearer.
Trust begins to grow again.
An Invitation to Restore Inner Authority
This is the heart of the work I am teaching in my new 3-hour experiential class:
Inner Authority: Restoring Protection, Boundaries, and Trust
We will explore practical tools to help you:
- feel more supported from within
- strengthen boundaries without hardening
- stop overcompensating through stress or control
- trust your own decisions with greater clarity
- bring your gifts to life with steadiness
Because when your inner structure is strong, what is meant to be shared reaches the celebration whole.
