“I needed to clear the weight of this history in my life” -Brigid Hopkins (on why she wrote her book)
In this week’s podcast Brigid & I discuss her book “Feathers of a Phoenix”. One of the Toltec rites of passage that intrigued Brigid was writing your life’s story and she sat down to do just that with her book. Not only did the book help Brigid herself to heal and come into the next phase of her life, but it also allowed her to revisit her relationship with her mother and come away with some incredible wisdom that she now shares with us. We talk about MOTHERING – relationship with mother | mothering oneself | mother wounds, divorcing ideas and old patterns, letting go, finding your purpose and then the RISING. Brigid also shares her experience as my assistant during my wind work event at Omega and it’s so powerful! Get inspired and soak up the wisdom on the wind.
