Physical Products Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to notify us if you wish to return a physical product. If you decide that what you’ve bought is not right for you, we’re here to help.

Refund Options
Once your return is received and inspected, we offer three refund options:

- Refund minus shipping costs: Should you opt for a refund, we will credit the purchase amount minus the original shipping costs to your original method of payment.
- Store Credit: If a refund doesn’t suit your needs, we can also offer a store credit for the amount of the purchase minus shipping costs, which you can use at any time for any item in our store.
Please note, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, digital downloads, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
