Recipe

1 bunch Swiss chard or other greens

3 stalks of celery

2 peeled or unpeeled cucumbers

3 carrots

1 Granny Smith apple

1" piece of ginger

1/2 bunch parsley

1-2 small beets plus greens

Put into a juicer – Serve chilled – Best to drink within two days.
